I started DESTRE because I saw too many brilliant strategies die in the trenches. My career has been about making sure that doesn’t happen to you.

My background spans Pharma, FMCG, and Tech Consulting, working alongside Global Corporations, Private Equity owners and Founders. I have led complex business transformations, high-stakes M&A integrations, and full-scale system implementations, consistently bridging the gap between boardroom vision and operational reality.

Over the years, I’ve learned that even the most advanced systems and strategies are ineffective if the people behind them are not aligned and empowered. On the slopes, finding the perfect line in a ski turn, on the road, exploring the world with the focus and grit of a motorcyclist, and in the cellar, appreciating the complexity and integrity of a fine French red.
